    Actuators

    LINK’s actuator product line allows the flexibility of choosing from a wide range of designs. Each model’s particular characteristics are designed to address a specific application or, optimized for a certain market. LINK offers a broad range of fatigue-rated actuators for a wide variety of testing and high-performance industrial applications, including:

    • Rotary Actuators: RSA & SRA2 Series
      • LINK’s rotary actuators are available with dual vanes and +/- 50-degree rotation. Another option is the
        spinning rotary actuator, which is designed for 4-square applications.

    • Linear Actuators: LPA, LCA, LAA, LAH, LHF, and LHA Series
      • For Standard Polymer Bearing & Hydrostatic Bearing, our linear actuators are value optimized for use in general testing applications, including vehicle, civil, aerospace, elastomer, and vibration applications.

    Vibration Systems

    LINK servo hydraulic vibration systems help our customers evaluate product designs and materials to develop reliable and cost-effective products quickly and easily. With years of experience in shock and vibration testing, our engineers can configure a custom machine to meet your specifications. 

    LINK vibration systems are used worldwide for:
    • Vibration testing of structures
    • Motion simulation for transportation testing
    • Load simulation for vehicle exhaust system testing or aerospace applications
    • Vehicle component curability, performance, or validation testing
    • NVH (Noise-Vibration-Harshness) and BSR (Buzz-Squeak-Rattle) testing

    Controllers

    The 3500-servo controller provides a robust solution for performing dependable tests on critical test specimen. The system incorporates an intuitive Windows™ based operator interface providing the test professional a powerful, yet straightforward software.

    • Option of single channel component system
    • Expands to four channels (and soon eight) of servo control
    • Extensive options for advanced testing needs

    Load Frames

    LINK load frames are used for a variety of structural testing applications. When standard, production-built load frames do not fit your needs, we can provide a solution.

    • Structural Load Frame: a two-column design load unit, is a rigid device used to perform tests on components. The adjustable crosshead allows for the insertion of environmental chambers, and gives a large working range for various specimen and fixtures.

    • Table Top Load Frame: a compact and affordable testing system with both static and dynamic loading capabilities. It can be engaged in a variety of tests, and it has improved accuracy at low speeds due to low friction hydrostatic bearings.
