Our specialty is developing innovative custom solutions for the most complex and demanding applications.
LINK's wide range of laboratory testing services for the transportation industry is unmatched. We are experts at the testing of brake components suspension, wheels, tires, and wheel-end components, structural testing, chemical analysis, environmental testing, and more.
LINK offers world-class vehicle test support for: Performance and Durability Brake testing, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Active Safety, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Driveline, and Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) testing, along with access to proving grounds and state-of-the-art data acquisition systems and transducers. With facilities throughout the U.S. and around the globe, LINK is capable of providing comprehensive vehicle testing services to meet a wide array of customer needs.
Link Engineering Company (LINK) has a long history of designing and developing robust, accurate testing systems. With servo-electric capabilities in-house, LINK has developed the Foot and Ankle Test System using all electric drives, focused on testing foot prosthetics. The system is safe and easy to use, yet flexible enough to accommodate various testing setups. It meets all requirements specified in ISO 22675 and other applicable standards.
The LINK ISO 22675 Foot and Ankle Test System is based on servo-electric drive technology. The system is a single station, two-axis load frame used for vertical loading and treadle torque/rotation. The actuator chosen for vertical force application is robust, operating under a significant safety factor. It has an easy-to-replace external Duralon-style bearing to protect the actuator from moment loading caused by the ankle treadle rotation.
LabLINK, our browser-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), enables laboratories to streamline their operations. With our in-house software, you can monitor and efficiently track the live status of your equipment, creating a data-driven process that delivers dynamic scheduling of assets based on actual equipment run-time.
