Laboratory Testing
The breadth and flexibility of our laboratory testing services for the transportation industry are unmatched. LINK has been satisfying all of our customers’ testing needs by implementing laboratories that are fully outfitted with the latest testing equipment. Our capabilities are constantly growing as we incorporate emerging technologies and testing methodologies. We currently offer innovative laboratory testing in both Germany and Italy, with additional locations across the globe:
Limburg, Germany
The Limburg facility offers exceptional precision testing and reporting, vehicle setup, and support capabilities, and is continuously looking for ways to expand upon current service offerings to best serve the local region. Focused on bench and vehicle testing, emissions and CV testing, Brakes, eMobility, Hubs & Wheels.
Milan, Italy
LINK’s test laboratory in Magenta, Italy, has the latest testing laboratory equipment for NVH testing, performance, wear, and other customized solutions. If you have a need for servo testing, we specialize in the manufacturing of standard and customized servo-dynamic benches. In cooperation with Brembo SpA, the Engineering department of LINK Italy has developed a new concept of "Road Load System," fully integrated in a dynamometer, that will be presented at this year's EuroBrake conference, May 17-19.
Vehicle Testing
LINK offers world-class vehicle test support including Brake, Electronic Stability Control, Active Safety, Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Driveline, Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH), and durability testing of full vehicle and ADAS systems, along with access to proving grounds and state-of-the-art data acquisition systems and transducers. LINK has vehicle engineering and testing facilities in the following European locations:
Elz, Germany
Established in 2009, our Elz vehicle testing location is the competence center for V-Max development and support, brake NVH testing, brake endurance, and NVH engineering support. We have also expanded our capability in Durability Fleet Program Performance Testing (Voice of Customer/Reliability Growth/ADAS).
Mojácar, Spain
LINK established vehicle testing teams and local support in Mojácar in 2019 after seeing growing demand for LINK vehicle testing services in Spain. With availability of the office and shop area year-round, we provide brake NVH testing and brake endurance, with recently added capabilities in Durability Fleet Program Performance Testing (Voice of Customer/Reliability Growth/ADAS).
